English Victorian Sterling Silver Caddy Spoon by William Smiley. The Deep round bowl has been skillfully engraved with feathers circling a center flower. The nice fiddle handle has been inscribed with initials. The spoon was crafted by William Smily a well known Victorian silversmith who excelled in the Neoclassical styling.
