English Georgian Silver-Gilt and Hardstone 24-piece Dessert Service, 18th C., including twelve (12) three-tined forks and twelve (12) cheese knives, the pistol-form agate handles of varying color densities and with natural irregularities. Attributed to London, late 18th Century. Unmarked. 

Property from a New York Private Collection,; they have been unused since their purchase in 1982. Purchased from James Robinson as a suite with 12 spoons dated 1719/20. (See the description for 12 spoons by Isaac Davenport).

The forks measure 6 5/8" L. The knives measure 8 3/4" L.
