Chinese Export Porcelain Canton Soup Tureen, Cover and Stand, tapering rectangular body with two pig head handles to sides, lightly domed cover with scroll handle, and wide border underplate painted in blue on the white body with pagodas on islands, birds in the sky, willow trees, and boats on water.

Approximate dimensions: 9 1/2” H. X 13 1/2” W. X 9 1/4” D., the underplate 2 1/4” H x 13 7/8” W. X  10 7/8”. Please note tureen width includes handles to sides.

Minor black and or brown flecked areas, scatted pocked and pitted body with a couple of short hairlines, as manufacturer and glazed.

This sturdy wear beloved by many entertainers due to its attractive appearance and sturdy body. Can take heat, cold and can be dishwashed at low temperatures.
