George III Sterling Silver Confection Sifter by William Eley & William Fearn. This sifter has a Reed Pattern with a bright cut dragon to top of handle. Made by silversmiths working out of London, Eley and Fearn were well known craftsmen working at the beginning of the 19th century and there work is celebrated throughout.
