English Sterling Silver Sugar Sifter by William Southey, with a nicely curved handle in the Old English pattern. The oval form bowl of the sifter has been pierced with a vine and chrysanthemum design. The top of the handle has been engraved with a crest of a hedgehog encircled by a serpent form belt.
