Description

George III Sterling Silver Caddy Spoon by Cocks and Bettridge. The spoon is shaped into a shovel shape with a scalloped and pierced rim. The center of the bowl has both an engraved striped pattern and a foliage design. The handle is a classical short English handle; bright cut, with vine motif. This is a glorious example of the skill from the silversmiths Cocks and Bettridge, from Birmingham.
