George IV Sterling Silver Caddy Spoon by John Bettridge. The bowl is oval with four heart shape designs at the corners. the center of the bowl is engraved with a growing vine and the sterling marks. The handle is chased in the King's pattern with a nice elongated feel to it. The maker John Bettridge was a highly-prized silversmith who specialized in small silver boxes and vinaigrettes.
