Victorian Anglo-Colonial wood brass-Inlaid travel chest or strong box on later stand, of rectangular form, with hinged top and cleated sides and corners, the metal-lined interior with spring-loaded divided tray and several secret compartments. The box 19th Century. The stand with square legs and H-shaped stretcher, later 20th Century.
