Description

18th Century Worcester Porcelain Pencilled Cup and Saucer.

The bell-shaped cup with wishbone handle, both the cup and saucer "pencilled" in black enamel with Chinese motifs enclosed by ribbon ties; floral sprigs and butterflies, under a floral scroll border. 

Unmarked.

Circa 1757-1760.

Cup height 3 3/8" H., approximate height; the saucer 4 5/8" Diameter. 

(Both articles with shallow chips filled).
